The healthy non-immunized population of New Zealand White rabbit were used to collect serum. IgG was prepared by column
chromatography from pooled serum. The purified rabbit IgGs was judged to be >95% pure by SDS-Page.

The control rabbit IgG is provided as liquid (1 mg/mL+0.05% sodium azide as preservative) in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS, pH
7.4).The product can store at 4°C for less than two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -70°C. Avoid repeated freeze
/defrost cycles. Do not store diluted solutions. Sodium azide, an inhibitor of peroxidase, must be avoided if used with antibody-HRP
conjugates.
Application/Suggested Use
This healthy rabbit IgG is suitable for a non-immune control for ELISA, dot blot, Western or IHC. Recommended testing concn. is
approx. 1-10 ug/ml.
